The 12v setup will indeed suck more current, but at 150w load that?s hardly something to worry about. 24v if you?re planning 3kw plus, if loads are going to stay low, go for 12v. Options for batteries are better if you decide to go lithium later on.

Thanks Razr, tried again this evening, messed with the settings and all of a sudden the Sub output came alive!! I had an itch over the weekend and it was scratched this afternoon, before I got the X2000 up and running. Picking up the X1600 tomorrow, so the X2000 will be up for sale...

I need to have my Denon AVR X2000 repaired, it?s not outputting signals through the Sub out port. (Tried reset, another cable, as well as another sub). Can anyone recommend someone in the northern suburbs of Cape Town, or anywhere in the Cape Province for that matter? Prefer not shipping it.
