On my Marantz 6010, normal volume -33, at -60 I can barely hear anything, I have found some streaming content from Netflix where I have to push the volume to get dialogue nicely audible, then the next thing I watch from Netflix I have to dial the volume back to -40 again.

Now trying to get our information and ads removed from this persons site, next battle...
