The name says it all :) anyone know who handles the spares locally for Pro-ject? or a viable alternative (doesnt have to be OEM). The thin rubber belt/band connecting the drive and the platter, its the Square Drive Belt (1940 675 028)

So I have a recurring issue with some 6" drivers, whose coils have repeatedly swollen. I repaired them previously but find myself in the same situation 18 months later. I know it can be difficult to surmise what could be causing the issue, but I'm trying to understand if this is a result of...

So today I noticed a distortion coming out of the right channel speaker. After a bit of fiddling I located it to the middle woofer. I took a look around it and gave it a very gentle push on the cone. Needless to say it was much stiffer than the other woofers, and was making a rubbing noise...
