Hi Guys Who would be a reputable amp repair shop or individual that could fix my Boston RSP 1000 amp  :( The amp powers up but there is a lot of crackling and distortion from the sub The amp is currently out the box I'm in the JHB south area Thanks in advance :-)

I was going through his build and it turned out dam awesome I could have missed something because the tread is pretty long but was it a sealed enclosure ? I would prefer a ported one to be honest With 2 subs, i'm sure my Behringer Ep4000 should be able to drive them nicely :-)

Thanks Ian I have tried and can enter the info and generate the graphs but for the life of me i don't know what it is i'm actually looking at lol I wish this was easier and yet i work in IT  :-[

Wow, thats is long lol Okay good news tho, he has agreed to refund me :-) So now guys, what sub would be best suited for my use in a nice small ported box :-) I would look at making 2 subs preferably if i can get the subs around 1k each

Hi Ian Let me see what I can find, what if I went for 2 pioneer TS-W307D4. The reason I say that sub is I see it's frequency range is from 18hz I see a lot of guys use the behringer EP4000 amp so hopefully I should have enough power to play with And thanks again, u always willing to help me...
