Ditto. I inserted those anti-static record sleeves into the jacket it comes with and it's fine now. I saw someone on this board complain about surface scratches on the record somewhere earlier on - i'm willing to bet that it was possibly from sliding the record out of the printed paper sleeve...

that sucks. really unfortunate that you've had a poor experience thus far. Generally the guys there are pretty efficient and reliable. Try Gemm.com as well. They are pretty good too. Good luck!

Hmm...that's weird. I generally get responses within an hour or so. I've bought a lot from discogs lately. Have you checked your control panel on discogs in your messages or order body? Sometimes they reply within the order note and it can be easily missed. Also, check when was the user last...
