hi Thanks waterhond ,it sounds complicated ,will have to let someone look at it for me. how do you remove the plate to see if any wire could be loose ,ive tried lifting it but it will not lift? Ive read on lenco forum that you need to lift the plate and tap the shaft to remove it

could there be a problem with  the turntable RCA ,sometimes if i touch the rca from the turntable the buzzing noise starts. I would like to replace the RCA ,could i use the Gold RCA or do they need to have the plastic outer?

no there is no turntable on other side of the rca ,when i connect the turntable its fine the buzzing noise goes away and turntable plays fine
