    Thanks, will look at those. I thought about that, and actually considered crimped lugs that we use in power system control panels. Also considered some type of leaf spring connector in the wire hole of the pin ... but this is a little difficult to implement.

    Brass is around 20 to 30% of the conductivity of copper ..... so hoping to gain less overall resistance in the whole chain. Agreed its adequate to supply up to the typical 16A loads with no issue, but hey, cheap ripcord is also adequate enough to conduct power to speakers, and we do at least...

    Thanks. And oh dear?. I hope it makes a bit of a difference?. Whether I hear it or not?. Eish. But for the most part I wanted a shielded cable to prevent interference with my speaker cables and interconnects as it?s a crows nest behind my cabinet 🤦‍♂️

    Thanks. This is a good point. So it's actually seeming like I will be leaning towards a 3 core 4mm power cable, which I will then strip to individual cores and then treat as above.
