In celebration of Heritage day,  I took up Audio Excellence's invitation to experience Klipsch's latest loudspeakers, the inimitable Cornwall (1st pic) and the smaller Heritage(2nd pic).

What an experience!!!! Well worth the visit - those Cornwalls replicate a drum beat that can punch you in the gut when they go loud and boy do they go LOUD... its like you at a live concert sitting in the golden circle... but they do play so very nicely at normal volume too - so finessed with such huge presence... Definitely something to aspire to... one day is one day!

The Heritage  on other hand is kind of a dinky looking speaker... Read not your usual looking floor stander... with lower power they sounded  finessed and untroubled... plenty of oomph... you could be forgiven for thinking there was a sub lurking somewhere.

What amazed me was how they play everything and I mean everything well, from death metal to diana krall.... all do effortless... just beautiful!

Klaus's inciteful banter... and music... time flies...
