I guess it's time that I need to post about my build that i'm busy with. In 2020 I got this itch to build something, and [member=22339]Jozua_2019[/member]  help me over the edge to get me going.  Had my eye on a few desings but the Wilson Audio Sasha stucked in my head and I loved the design. Over the years they change the looks of the Sasha series but kept the design. My first post on info is here: https://www.avforums.co.za/index.php/topic,91192.msg1029844.html#msg1029844

( Just to add, it's taking a bit of time to build them because I had and still got my hands full this side. I became a father in Aug 2020 so we had a newborn in the house so I had to attend to my father duties, now his a toddler and you need to keep a constant eye on him because he will even put the dogs  :flame: .  We bought a bigger house November 2020 so  we needed to pack up the house to move begin of Aug 2021. Between that time and now we did renovating on the house and still busy and I had to install my solar setup, but between all of this I did some building on my speakers. )

So the shopping started to find parts and eating MDF dust and head scratching and designing. [member=863]bbe22[/member]  help me allot. I need to say thank you on the forum for all your time and all my questions that you assisted with and design and testing.

I downloaded every pic and design and blueprint I can find to get angles and size and watch every video to see where i steal with the eye.

Here some photos:

The bass drivers I bought from BBE22 new. Vifa 490-001-00

The mids and tweeter is Audux TW025A0 and HT170K0 6.5 carbon.

I bought 10 sheets of 9mm mdf that I got for a really good price. I need to check if i got more photos on this part. Here some photos where I laminated.  I glued the sheets 3 on top each other and screwed them down and clamped them. Took some weeks to do this but it came out really good. Some photos after glued and cut:

So the sides and top part consist of 27mm mdf ( 9mm x 3) and then I added another 19mm on the side that gives you 46mm mdf, the front and inner rear 47mm mdf ( 19mm x 2 and 9mm x 1) so the box is supper heavy and solid.
