Yeah I'm also very confused now. As far as I know they were the official distributors for B&W. What is the contact details of B&W SA then and how did you find them exactly?

I asked what it would just cost for the units and that's what they said. They did offer to install them if I brought them there though.

Yeah fixing isn't an option unfortunately. Will have to replace the diaphragms.

That's how they look. Hopefully this becomes an easy fix.

Sure it's never been an issue before because we are normally there as she only comes in on saturdays. This time of course we weren't. In any case when you say R500...do you mean per speaker...? (because he did this to all three)

It's very thin "aluminium"(I think) and the way he's dented them in by repeatedly pushing it in has pretty much put them beyond salvaging I think. :/ @ LAV: I have fired an email off to them. I know it's needs to be sorted out. Can't stay like this!

Sorry I probably wasn't clear enough. Was just wondering if this was a decent way to get some sound to the bedroom. I think I will be powering it directly from the amp in the lounge. As for the speakers.... Decent choice or is there anything else worth looking at..? Thanks
