    Three-SixtyFive Loud Speaker Build

For your viewing pleasure, a video of wiring up the three drivers to the three crossover modules and then tying in the three crossover modules to the cable between the loudspeaker and the amplifier. It's a long one but has chapters. It contains plenty of soldering and some surprising drilling...

    Three-SixtyFive Loud Speaker Build

It took me about two hours to cut the four facets. At first it was slower because I tried some different things. Chiseling from the top and using wood files did not work so well for me. A rasp worked fairly well but it tends to end up with a slightly rounded facet. Maybe that is due to my lack...

Thanks for the feedback. I have the next video about cutting the facets on the face of the loud speakers filmed and edited. I think it is more interesting than this very short one although it was also edited with a heavy hand. More than two hours of raw footage became eight and half minutes. 😅

It’s bliss to know nutting, you start impossible things….

Have you watched the Tech Ingredients videos on DML / flat panel speakers? IIRC they have built and tested a lot of what you are thinking about, for example, size, material, exciter placement, ways of suspending the panels.

    Three-SixtyFive Loud Speaker Build

To help ease the load-shedding blues here is the video for the bass port. It includes calculating the target frequency from the original dimensions and then calculating the new length for the diameter of the tube that was procured. Then we cut and fit the port.
