You might also want to consider an MBA.  The god ones are a bit pricey though.  It is a good investment in yourself  ;D ;D

Have you considered polk audio?  They go very well with Onkyo.  You should be able to get some good deals from the guys in the forum ;D

You should be able to.  If I remember correctly you can only take analogue feed to zone 2 and not the HDMI sound.  So you will have to connect the analogue feeds from your blu-ray into your amp and you should be sorted
