Spoke to FNB.  They just do a first line support type thing.  Ask you what the symptoms are, and whether you have tried other settings and sources.  According to my answers they have now handed over the query to LG SA.  Thanks  :thumbs:

Busy with FNB trying to sort it out.  My suspicion is that it has to do with faulty color processing.  One moment everything would look perfect, and then you change the channel to sport for example and suddenly the grass is almost a neon green.  With the 65 inch I easily found the "sweetspot"...

I didn't get a magic remote with the TV, and can't find anything about 3D settings in the manual or in the setting.  So doubt it could be this.  I also copied the settings on the 65 inch to the 55 inch, and the image is rubbish.  So busy arranging with FNB Connect to come and fetch the thing.

This is what I was thinking.  I got it via FNB Connect (Smart Devices), so will find out how returns work.
