I use ExpressVPN successfully with Amazon Prime. Need to set up a US Amazon account using a US address and that's it. Loads more stuff on the US one. I agree the speed of Netflix is a bit wonky sometimes but again I have seen this happen more on the Android TV boxes than for example a laptop.

I use ExpressVPN. Have used it successfully for Netflix, Amazon prime, Disney+. They have apps for Android, Windows, Linux and they allow 5 devices simultaneously iirc. For non Android Smart TVs they have a DNS service included but there you get US type content only and can't select different...
