Does anyone have a contact at Makro head office to help resolve a complaint for me? I have really had it with the way they do business and their "customer service" centre exists in name only.

Was nice to meet you when you collected your Whisper Francois, what a superb sounding piece of kit! I'm fortunate to call Schalk my friend, a humble honest man who to the chagrin of many self deprecates his own worth. If only he knew the joy he brings to us through his creations.
Every single Ryobi has been a huge disappointment in my experience, I now only buy DeWalt but also primarily because I'm already locked into their batteries. Metabo is probably their equal (or better) but Milwakee is so expensive that I can buy 4 DeWalts for the same price so no brainer.
And here I thought it was for us to see a proud father reveal his latest progeny, instead it was an exercise in nostalgia. Both stir the emotions and beautiful non the less Schalk. :dop:
Love the colour Schalk. As for the rest it's a pure work of art - visibly, sonically and tactilely. Would have loved to come for a listen before they go up for adoption.
