I'm going to do some research on 4K media players these next few days and possibly start another thread with more questions. I would like to go the PC route, but would be too expensive for me at this point in time. For now it would just be 4K media, no Blu Ray discs.

Thanks for your assistance though, guess I'll have to read much more carefully next time. Any suggestions when it comes to 4K media players? Bearing in mind I would still like to add some sound as well (maybe a receiver to connect the speakers to). Or do I have to start a new thread for that...
