Quick question. I only had the speakers hooked up to the Sony DAV-TZ140 for a little while and the sound level was not very impressive. According to Sony that system delivers 30 watts per channel at 8ohms. Should the KEFS not be adequately loud with those specs?

I bought my first bookshelves today, a pair of KEF Coda 7 SE's with stands. I tried hooking them up to the pathetic LG surround system and while they sounded great, they were obviously underpowered. I'm hoping to improve on that in the near future with a slightly better amp. Aiyima A07.
