I have a Cambridge Audio Topaz SR20 stereo receiver paired with Castle Knight 5 speakers. IMO a really good combination.

I still have an old Tedelex cb radio. It was not as good as the General Electric. Last time that I used it was in 1979. Are there actually still someone on the air using cb radios?

You can use RG-6 cable with F-Type connectors and then use female F-Type connector to RCA male adaptors.
