    Hi, thanks for the reply! It's a Ds214se. I have since figured out that the power supply had a fault and could get it running using a replacement. Unfortunately it seems like one of the drives sustained some damage, but I am able to manually back up my media which is a big win!

    Lithium batteries for alarm special

    Hi, thanks for the explanation... Would connecting them in parallel be dangerous, bad for the longevity of the battery, or just result in annoying and untimely activation of the BMS without any real ill effects?
