I have Sonarworks SoundID to target a flat curve with my HD650's a SR80e's. My cans sound better with the calibration on.

Good advice already given. I can only add the following, I bought the Topping A90 off Wolvebain recently. All I can say is WOW! They breathed new life into my 650's and my SR60's sound superb - so much so that I'm looking to upgrade. All of this is powered by the dac in my Essence STX. I guess...

I saw some comply tips at Musicaa in Cavendish. Fortunately, I got sorted with Dekoni tips by gLer  which I think are better.

Not tried Dekoni before. Yes, they're pretty pricey. I'm probably going to have to buy a set soon.

The wife and I have Shure SE215's. I don't use mine nearly as much as she does but we both love them. The one caveat for me is that I only like the sound with Comply foamies. Any other tip and I can't get a proper seal which definitely affects sound quality. The Shures are built like a tank...

Wondering about this too. I need to run an extension cable from my pc's stx to feed my HD650's. Not as long as 8m but I just want to extend to my desk to make it easier to switch headphones. Thanks
