Hello, the website and manual don't seem to specify what DAC is used in the UDSD. It does mention asynchronous transfer rate to reduce jitter. But what is the DAC component itself and how does it perform?

To be honest I'm going headphone set up to save cash and because my room might not be big enough for a proper set up... What would an estimated entry level speaker system cost, including 2nd hand parts and whatnot...

Unfortunately I only really get to work enough in the holidays. So this purchase will hopefully carry me at least another 6 months. BUT I do want to start on the right foot and get parts that are of a high enough quality that I can keep them and preferably have to upgrade the headphones/cables...
