Yeah for registering you have to get someone in a supported country to do it for you then you just pay them monthly, but if you get that sorted, then a VPN for streaming is recommended because you will buffer a lot without one.

I would recommend you use a VPN and connect to a supported country (in terms of buffering). I use to have the same issue, but I split tunneled my VPN to connect to France and it works flawlessly now. Doesn't buffer at all
