Can't afford RX6's again. That's one of the reasons I'm looking at the MA MR6 model. Don't know what they sound like though.

8 to 10k. Room is 5m * 8m, open plan. I listen to stereo only. Just scared the floorstanders  may overwhelm the room.

I agree Ryan. The thunderstorms here in Knysna is pretty unusual, but frequent now. Freaks my girlfriend out though.
