While I'm on old age, I look carefully down when I'm walking to try not to trip and fall. Amazing how many people dropping change I'm always picking up change. Another thing, I don't run if it's raining, getting a little water on your head is better than slipping and falling.

OK just to change topic, Old age is not for sissies, now have dose of painful sciatic. Terrible cannot stand up or walk or bend, without pain. Taking tabs that contain codeine, but they wear off after a few hours. Rather battle with flu, no vaccine for sciatic nerve. 😿

OK bit the bullet today and had the vaccine, time will tell. When you in your thirties, you can shake of the flu every year, but when in your late 70's like me rather have some protection, we'll see.

Got email from my medical aid that they will be paying for this year 24 flu vaccine. Always wary about flu vaccines, Just wondering if there have been any horror stories of people getting as sick as a dog after getting this years vaccine.
