Christian Brothers Apple Brandy in the US is my all time favourite to infuse. It's cheap, has an amazing, light and sweet flavour profile and the alcohol content at 35% doesn't quite knock your breath away like a big bite into a fruit that has been soaked in 43%...

The only South Apple brandy that I can find that isn't too is expensive is Paul Cluver at R250 a bottle.

Olaf Berg, Richelieu and the likes are spesifically made to be drunk with Coke. I would strongly suggest considering an apple brandy.
