I want to ceiling-mount my Mitsubishi - its optimum 'table' projection position is right in the most annoying place.
The manual says it can be used with the "Mitsubishi PROJ-UCM" adapter (on which I can find no useful information).
But the manual also says: "Slanting the projector more than ?10? (right and left) or ?15? (front and rear) may cause trouble or explosion of the lamp."
So how can it be used in a ceiling installation - wouldn't that count as slanting it 180? ?
What happens inside when you slant it, that does not happen when you turn it completely upside down?
Does running projectors upside down shorten the lamp life at all?
