I really like marmalade, all sorts of different types. Being diabetic, I don?t have it daily, but I like it.
So here is the issue: How to make some interesting marmalade schnapps? I have a few bottles of peach schnapps/mampoer whatever that I distilled a coupe of years ago. I think I?ll just mix the two and apply like a liquor. Ideas?
Any other interesting marmalade recipes? Cake? Rib basting?
