Hi all,
This is perhaps a question I would be expected to know the answer to, but I am lazy... First ask!
I have trouble to find affordable power transistors in this here country: Complementary, Ic = 15A, Vce = 150V at least, and this is the main obstacle: SOT-93 or similar package for convenience - not TO-3. (Not Darlington.) Current could be lower for 2 - 3 in parallel, but there are reasons why I do not prefer that. What I find "available" is stuff from Farnell at about R80 - >R100 each.
Who has used what; are those prices it? (I know of imports, but the cost is you-know-what.)
