perhaps you have seen them here

https://www.avforums.co.za/index.php/topic,30471.1230.html       #1244

I used a pair in my Milar design. They were a gift many years ago from a friend  that used to be the agent in Canada betweem some of the manufacturers
and OEM suppliers. Those are Peerless India 20mm  Alu with gold anodized domes and special faceplate made for Mirage.....
scarcer than hen's teeth
do you need a single or pair ?

Claim the money back via paypal - not sure why the seller would spend money on sending something completely different via Aramex.

Out of interest, I'm waiting about five items for 3+ months - all sent with tracking - which ends once it hits SA.

Open Talk / Re: Which car?

So, family has arrived, Jag STR has been rejected outright as the family car  :giggle: and I need to buy something for my wife as her daily and also our family car over weekends/ holidays etc.  She's always had a Forester, partial to another, but I hate the CVT.

Must have: 5 star safety rating, SUV, AWD, Large rear window, large boot)
Thinking petrol version of: Tiguan, Q3, Q5, X3, X4 or XC40 (she insists the XC60 is too big).  XC40 would be my preference but availability is an issue.

Recommendations, other options?

We have a Touareg V6 diesel which my very tiny wife drives and loves, and the same engined Amarok.

These are both the 2nd ones of each car we have owned, and donít see it changing for lack of better options.

Used low mileage Touaregs are very well priced, and you get an absolutely superb amount of car with incredible comfort, fuel consumption and luxuries. Cannot find better for the price imho.

General Discussion / Re: Cambridge CX-A80 transformer buzzing

You may have ended up with a bit of a dc component on the ac mains.  You can build a filter or try an isolation transformer for it but there isnít really another way to get rid of it.

Ok thanks, I've been googling, it seems you can test for dc on the amp speaker terminals.

General Discussion / Re: Is your musical taste frozen in time?

Not quite "frozen" but I definitely have a "thing" for the 80s sound, but then I also have a thing for 40s, 50s, 60s and 70s.  The 90s thru to present?  Not so much, but there ARE some great artists and great songs that surprise me every now and then.
