Blusound Node 2 Help

Hi all

my Node 2 has a red light on the  front display - per Blusounds website its due to the player being stuck in an upgrade. Ive manually tried to run the upgrade via usb stick but cant seem to get this right either...
Red light still there and I cannot use my device

Any assistance will be appreciated

If you have tried reloading the unit with firmware on the usb and it still doesn't work, send it back for warranty.

bought it off the forum - Im sure its out of warranty now...
will call the agents though

It has a 1 year warranty I believe

Seems that it could be capacitors or a hardware issue

Doesn't sound very dependable, was looking at purchasing one.

As with all electronics something is bound to go wrong, out of the 9 units I have sold to date none have come back to me

I have two of the latest spec ones currently, and owned two of the previous 2i ones before.

They are on all day everyday, serving kids marathon gaming sessions, movies and music.

Never ever had a problem with any one of them. Iím sure that issues can exist as with any electronics, but my experience of these is that they are as reliable as they come.

In fact, I consider them to be the best  money Iíve ever spent on audio for there relative performance and Swiss-army knife like versatility.

Agree with Jason when it comes to a streaming box and value for money it's hard to beat the Bluesound Node
