Makro Customer Service

Hi all,
Does anyone have a contact at Makro head office to help resolve a complaint for me? I have really had it with the way they do business and their "customer service" centre exists in name only.

My experience has been relatively pleasant.  One time they lost the item I returned and of course by the time I realised that there had been no feedback, the returns accepting person had been reassigned.  It took the store manager's intervention to sort out

The staff seemed to think if it they were not the person who was at returns that day, then they were not responsible
