Music appreciation

If you type "what makes this song great" into Google, a series hosted by Rick Beato will come up. In it he will take well known songs and dissect them, isolating the drums, bass, lead guitar or vocals and shedding light on why certain choices worked so well in the overall success of the song. It certainly gave me a new appreciation for many songs and artists who I have enjoyed for many years.

Rick is a interesting guy who has taught music at university, played as a session musician and performed a range of other rolls in the industry. One of my favourite musicians is Sting and attached hereto is a link to an interesting interview Rick conducted with Sting. Enjoy!
.It's all about the Music.

Agreed, I've watched a couple of his "best of" type videos on YT, very good.

Man can play a guitar.
