Mix and match Bose Acoustimass 10 series III

I have read the negative reviews from audiophiles on the Bose speakers- "for highs and lows, not the Bose"..."the bass module only goes down to 46Hz"..."the most outrageously overpriced speaker system", etc.
Please share your view on a mix between the Bose and other larger speakers in a 9.2.4 setup.

I would like to use 4 of the Bose cubes from the Bose Acoustimass 10 series for the right and left surrounds and the right and left rear surrounds. The mains and center are the GoldenEars and the 4 in-ceiling atmos speakers are B&W CCM684. Will this combination work for a 9.2.4 setup?
