Combining two different PowerPoint Presentations
(1/1)
Andrew:
Does anyone here know how to do this? I can't find an option to do so. My wife and I worked on two different sections of a course we ran, and now I want to combine both presentations into a single one.
naboo:
Hi
The only way I know of is:
- Select multiple slides from the left hand sidebar by holding in ctrl as you click them.
- Once you've selected them, right-click, choose copy.
- Go to the other presentation, in the sidebar right-click, paste.
You can keep the theme of the original where you sopied from, or adopt the them of the destination.
Larry:
You can definitely copy and paste slides between the two, most likely drag and drop too.

Perfect, that works 100% - thanks!
