I often find myself awake in the wee hours, with music playing in my head. From the tune, lyrics are dispensed into my mind. Lyrics that i ordinarily would not know if you asked me, but at 3am, they appear from nowhere, clear and transient but precise. And in my daze, i wonder.. Wow! Where did that come from?
