Anyone tried Britbox?

Loaded Britbox app on Xiaomi MiBox after a bit of a mission (it required an Android update, a Download app to be loaded, this to be agreed to, since its "dangerous)
Logged in and a whole range of Comedy, Drama and documentary programs appeared
Then came the trouble
Trying Faulty Towers, One foot in the Grave, Springwatch, Antiques Roadshow got "not available"
After waiting a day, I could watch 2 episodes of Antiques Roadshow (my all-time favourite TV show). The 3rd episode froze
So sent off an email to [email protected]
After 5 days, received a reply "we have reset your account"
Now I cannot log on. On resetting the password, I see "this account belongs to someone else"
