Nothing... I am playing CDs tonight!

“Temptation is a tribute album to Tom Waits, by Holly Cole. Originally released in Canada in 1995 on Alert Records, it was also released internationally in 1995 on the Metro Blue imprint of Capitol Records.”
I love music - analog and digital. Even listening to the Blues makes me happy. During the day I coach and counsel, after hours I indulge in my second passion - listening to vinyl and restoring turntables. Some I keep, some I sell...

2020, reissue - UK, Matsuli music - The Ibrahim Khalil Shihab Quartet, Spring.

Great jazz record.
A real pity that the inner sleeve has been printed & glued in such a way that the record doesn’t come out at all (literally you can hold the sleeve upside down and the record doesn’t move a smidge)

Bought this thinking it was the Peer Gynt Suites, turns out it's the entire incidental music from the play. I hadn't heard In the Hall of the Mountain King with the chorus before. It's gorgeous.

2019 - Australia, half mile harvest recordings - The Teskey Brothers, Run Home Slow.

This record joined the kiwi records on the long haul, this is blues, soul and just a great listen.
