Eastern Acoustics were the Focal agents but I think it is now with a new crowd.  I may be wrong.  The product line ups may be split.

call eastern to start.

Have you lost your cable?
Is it broken? If broken which part?

Thanks.

I still have it but it's faulty. When I turn it in the socket it goes on and off. It's the side that plugs into the external device (Laptop / phone).

There is a fair chance that trimming a cm or 2 off the cable and fitting a new plug will sort it out. PM me and I can see if I can assist.

Thanks  :notworthy:, give me a day or 2 to see if the below hack may have fixed it. I tried it and the jack seems fine now .

Please note that not all jacks have a solid metal core but rubber in the center. Pressing those types will not be good idea.
