Eagle Transistor table radio

Good day guys

I need some help here. I met a lady tonight that is selling her dad's old stuff. One of the items I saw was an old Eagle Transistor table radio. I want to know from the experts on the forum if this old radio is worth anything, and if so, how much. I am still struggling to upload a pic to a hosting site, but as soon as I can I will add a pic to this post.

Also have never come across this make. If it was not stated on the dial, as being transistor, I would have taken it as being a 1950- ish valve table top radio. If it is still in working order, it may be of interest, as it covers the normal FM band and could be a daily user in kitchen, bedroom, lounge, etc.

I expect that it would have used germanium transistors, which by now, may well be leaky and  kaput.

I think I'll probably end up buying this old beauty myself, just for the looks of it.

The "Eagle" LT44 and LT700 transformers were staples of many DIY medium wave transistor radios of the 1970s (maybe 60s).
I wonder if it's the same company.

Not familiar with that brand either but, it appears to be in very good condition and will be a nice acquisition if you enjoy vintage gear. I have got a 1950s RCA valve-based table radio in very good condition and working order. I love the vintage look. Photo of my one herewith.
