I have a problem with my Explora: it automatically starts rebooting every 10 minutes or so. Have already had the first one exchanged when it started with this after less than a year in use. The replacement has now also started doing this. When I enquired on their website I was told they only supply refurbished units for swaps. What I would like to know is if anybody has experienced this also and if there is perhaps a cure, apart from clearing the thing's hard drive?
