Bought the DVD a while back, Just got round to watching it tonight.
I must say I really enjoyed it a lot, a very entertaining well balanced story with heart.
Steve Carell's art is supported by an excellent cast in this one.
I'm not a movie critic but I'd definitely recommend it.
