Technics amp spares?

Good morning I'm sitting with n big problem i have a technics amp model  sa-dx950 giving  f70 error. the problem is the transistors is finished where can i get them because its old parts and i struggle to get parts? 2SD2137PQTA
2SD2374PQAU
2SB1548PQAU...im situated in Limpopo and here is no electronic spares shops....

Try Mantech, they list these without the suffixes, should more than likely work.

It is, but usually indicates some 'fine tuning' unique to a particular manufacturer, in this case Technics. I really doubt you will ever be able to get the exact part as listed so it's worth a try.
