For 2SA913 : MJE15033 is possible and locally available. 2SA1859 is said to be a closer match and is available at Digikey.
For 2SC1913 : MJE15032 is possible and locally available. 2SC4883 is said to be a closer match and available at Digikey.
The MJE should work well enough. The Ft (transition frequency) is a minimum rating on the spec sheet at 30MHz. The typical value should be close enough (to not cause a problem) to the typical rating of the 2SC part which is 120MHz.
Your originals should be classed in one of these gain groups P (65-110), Q (90-155), R (130-220), S (185-330). Would be interesting to know which one you have.
Will take a look at the other transistors, shouldnt be an issue finding suitable subs if the originals are unavailable.
