I have a pair of Bowers and Wilkins wired P7 headphones that I use for 8-10 hours a day listening to music on my Windows PC (Tidal) via its onboard sound card.

I would love to get a bit more out of my headphones and has been introduced to the, very interesting but confusion, world of DACs.

It looks like the BTR5 or the Zen would be good "starter" and "value for money" options?

My first question is if a standalone DAC/amp would be of any benefit over my onboard sound when listening to say "Tidal" on my wired P7s.
if so, question two : Would the iFi Zen be a solid value for money option and then
question three: Is is worth having the Bluetooth capability that the BTR5 offers over the Zen when audio quality is the number one concern.
question four : It has to be future proof, if I want to get into a pair of more "audiophile" grade headphones
