Medical Scans and if it's Covered ?

I would like to know, relating to Discovery, Momentum health or any of the others whether scans are covered in full on any of the plans, specifically CT and/or MRI ?
These scans seem to range in the R10K mark.

Do any of the plans cover these 100% if it's NOT part of a hospital admission  ?
