Denonís Menus have been improved over the years and very easy to setup.

You can PM me; and I can help through the settings. The setup page of the later models is identical to Marantz

Back to the hypothetical 150w x2 and 65w x3 Receiver - I've been pondering, but maybe there is method in the madness: I would imagine balancing all the channels would be a lot easier if all the amps are the same - both tonally and in terms of power.

I know not what cost of the amplifier circuits are relative to the total costs, but perhaps this route is chosen because it is simpler/more reliable(/perhaps even cheaper) to throw the same amp at all channels knowing all but 2 will never be used fully utilised? Anyone with production electronic experience that might be able to comment?

Having had a fair bit of practice recently, I can navigate around the setting OK. Just seems silly to have 'Speaker Config' and 'Crossovers' or separate pages when 2 facet of the same thing.

Having said that, if there are setup queries, I'll take you up on your kind offer - Thank you!
