I know this must have been asked before, but considering latest software, techniques and codecs, can someone please advise on the following:
I wish to rip all my DVD movies, series, etc. to MP4 files with no quality loss. I can use MakeMKV to get to an MKV file, but from there what is the best/easiest free tool to convert to the smallest MP4 file with no quality loss?
When converting files from Blu-Ray, what would be the best size/quality ratio and what can be used for this conversion?
