So how much will be compromised - Usb to Ethernet to DAC

So I want to use a Mac mini/ PC to stream Tidal and so on to the DAC.  The problem is that the Mac mini is on my Desk and the DAC is about 15m away. I want to run USB to via Ethernet back to USB to the DAC.

Will this compromise the "quality" of the signal to any significant extent?

Any other options?
