So after many years of being my azimuth tool but even more so my tester phono as it has good consistent sound and headphone output, my ClearAudio Azimuth Optimiser started being a little intermittent on the right channel.
It took some motivation and courage to crack open this 3700 Euro gadget.
All happy again after reworking all solder joints on the inputs.
I have some auditioning to do so just getting acquainted with it and the turntable and cart before substitutions can start.
I count my Feickert protractor, electronic scale, microscope and recent cheerful clever VTA gauge as essentials for good set up and maintenance.
