Post-lock down update- I finally collected the turntable from Quadears yesterday:

Let me put everybody that contributed to the original post, out of their misery. As one can see on the first photo in the above post, there is a transformer attached to the unit. I've disconnected it from the motor before testing the voltage, and the output is indeed 110V. So, it was all configured for the 115V / 50Hz motor.
I'm considering an external power supply, though. The motor lord grommets have also perished, and will have to be replaced. Otherwise the turntable seems to be in great shape, can't wait to get it up and running in a decent plinth.
